The role will lead our newly introduced strategic capital investment project through all phases, interacting with internal and external stakeholders on an international level.
The Project Engineer will ensure timely project delivery. Develops project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with operational constraints and company goals.
Assists the business in identifying and defining project requirements and necessary changes
Identifies and mitigates technical risks, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Monitors project progress and provides regular updates to internal and external stakeholders, including reporting on KPIs and milestones
Provides project management leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving capabilities in support of the project and complex business problems within multiple engineering disciplines
Develops innovative engineering solutions, which enhance physical plant infrastructures and permit/accommodate growth in manufacturing capabilities
Coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
A master's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering is required. Previous related experience in managing projects in an international manufacturing environment is preferred. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is considered an advantage. Excellent knowledge of English and Italian
