Base pay range
Contract: 12 months with possibility of stabilization, fixed salary + variable tied to commercial results. Tempo pieno, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Define, implement and monitor sales strategies for products and services related to energy efficiency and control.
- Manage and expand the B2B client portfolio, focusing on companies, installers and technical partners.
- Coordinate the sales network and distributors present in the territory.
- Analyze the market and identify new growth opportunities and target segments.
- Collaborate with the technical office and marketing to define offers and promotional activities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for the general direction.
Requirements
- Experience in sales or commercial director roles in related sectors (energy, building automation, industrial technologies).
- Basic technical knowledge of monitoring systems, home automation or consumption management.
- Excellent relational skills and negotiation ability.
- Leadership, strategic vision, and results orientation.
- Willingness to travel nationwide.
