Define campaign structures, formats, and product selection in line with planning guidelines and objectives
Coordinate campaign setup with internal teams and external partners, aligning timelines and deliverables
Manage asset requests and creative briefs, ensuring materials are complete, accurate, and on time
Prepare campaigns for handover to Activation teams for smooth execution
Monitor timelines, dependencies, and milestones to ensure on‐schedule delivery
Coordinate promotional activities with stakeholders to stay aligned with broader initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation and planning data for transparent campaign tracking
Responsabilità Marketing or Business‐related academic background
2‐4 years in digital advertising, campaign management, media planning, or similar
Good understanding of retail media and campaign planning processes
Ability to translate input into structured media plans and campaigns
Strong coordination and project management skills across multiple timelines and stakeholders
High attention to detail in planning data, structures, and assets
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross‐functional environments
