WHAT WILL YOU DO? Core activities. Acting as Senior Consultant, you will be involved in strategic projects for Insurance clients. Specifically, the project tasks will be related to data analysis, new business/operating models definition and business case evaluation. You will have the opportunity to lead the project tasks by adopting a problem solving approach and analytical skills on business issues analysis. You will have the opportunity to show a professional standing in challenging situations, acting as a model for junior colleagues and taking on responsibility for the results of your own work stream. Technologies. You will use business tools (Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook…). Team work. Your role will focus on the execution of project tasks in a proactive and responsible way, on the coordination of part of the project team and on supporting the Project Manager in the client facing activities. WE'LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE… Academic background. Bachelor or Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Business Management or Economics. Valuable expertise. 2-4 years of experience in Management Consulting, preferably on Insurance and Financial Services projects; Proven ability towork creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment; Good knowledge ofEnglish and excellent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint usage. Soft skills. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills; Ability to managerelationship with client and to coordinate team members; Team player willing to share ideas and work collaboratively.
