You will be involved in all aspects of accounting to one of our fastest growing segments, specialty clients program business, starting with the initial onboarding of new accounts all the way through to preparation and analysis of financial results. The Accounting Manager will also be involved in projects related to onboarding new business, building systems that will transform and automate workflows within the program business workflows, as well as in other Accounting department related initiatives and projects associated with the financial close process, controls, and results analytics as assigned.brThe Accounting Manager directly supervises a team of 2-3 staff accountants and will be responsible for indirectly managing others on the accounting team whose work supports the specialty clients program business.
