Ph3Job Description Summary /h3pAt Avio Aero, a GE Aerospace Business unit, we’ve been reimagining the power of flight for more than 100 years. We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components and systems for both the civil and military aviation. /ppIn this role, you will be responsible to establish and execute the strategic roadmap for digital products supporting Supply Chain processes (Demand management, Materials planning, Inventory management, Logistics, Procurement, Production, Quality, Maintenance, EHS) across all Avio Aero Sites. You will manage the demand and delivery of Supply Chain-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with Business strategy and priorities, while driving innovation and operational excellence. /ppYou will be responsible for the delivery of highly complex cross-disciplined programs that span multiple organizations, various other stakeholders which could be within GE, customer production support and operations, as well as partners. /ppIn particular, you will lead a multi-year transformation initiative across our plants, aimed at optimizing operational processes and implementing advanced digitalization solutions through the Manufacturing Execution System (MES). The ideal candidate has proven Program Management skills and solid experience in managing and implementing complex MES projects, ensuring the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives. /ph3Job Description /h3h3Essential Responsibilities /h3ulliServe as primary point of contact for Supply Chain stakeholders, building trusted relationship and ensuring digital solutions align with overall Business strategy and key processes requirements. /liliPartner with and influence leadership and business teams across all Sites to develop and implement IT solutions that support Supply Chain goals and KPIs. Proactively explore emerging technology and make informed decisions based on experience, impact analysis, and alignment with business needs. Partner with ERP SAP Factory / Oracle team leveraging their expertise on ERP technologies to optimally execute project activities. Ensure robust IT systems complying with cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive manufacturing data, in alignment with GE Aerospace standards and industry regulations. /liliMap current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes to enhance product quality, delivery performance and efficiency. Closely work with DT Site Leaders to capture site-specific perspectives and needs, ensure alignment and standardization among all Sites and drive standardization of processes and technologies. /liliCoordinate team resources and budget to lead project activities, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact. /liliActively nurture and develop talents by providing coaching and mentoring while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and professional growth. /liliCollaborate across multiple functions and teams, both within Digital Technology and Business areas to ensure successful implementation of digital solutions, adherence to policies and regulations, and continuous improvement. /li /ulh3Qualifications/Requirements /h3ulliMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields. /liliExtensive knowledge and expertise in Supply Chain processes. /liliProved program management and organizational expertise, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives. Extensive experience in the IT application development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, with a particular focus on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). /liliSolid Customer orientation, problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to drive results in dynamic and fast-paced environments. /liliProved experience working in complex environments (multi-business, geographically distributed teams) and effectively navigating ambiguity to drive strategic outcomes. /liliClear and effective communication to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams. /liliExcellence in English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and collaborate across diverse teams and global environments. /liliPMP certification. /liliFluent written and spoken Italian and English. /liliWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required. /li /ulh3Desired characteristics /h3ulliITIL certification. /liliCompetency in Agile and Scrum methodologies. /liliExperience with Lean and Six Sigma tools to drive process improvements and change management. /liliStrong oral and written communications skills. /liliProven analytical and problem resolution skills. /li /ulpbWhat we offer /b /ppbSmart working and work life-balance /b /ppAvio Aero, when possible, promotes remote work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
