We are extending our Pricing team and are seeking a dynamic and analytical Pricing Manager to join our international team. As a Pricing Manager, you will be part of shaping and optimizing our pricing strategies to drive profitability and growth. In this role, you’ll have a wide range of tasks and have the possibility to work on a complex and huge assortment. You’ll dive into market research and competitive analysis to make informed decisions. It will also be essential to have a close collaboration with sales, the product lines, and our finance teams to ensure our pricing strategies resonate throughout the EMEA region. It’s a dynamic role with a lot of possibilities to make a positive impact on our business. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives and market conditions. - Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions. - Monitor and report on pricing performance and competitiveness. - Provide insights, recommendations and simulations to involved stake holders on pricing trends and opportunities. - Manage pricing tools and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. - Staying updated with pricing best practices and market dynamics. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. - Proven experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a similar role. - Experience working in the pricing process; from analysis, strategy development to implementation. Preferably from a company with a wide range of product assortment (10 000). - Experience working with the Vehicle Aftermarket is a huge advantage. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed market research, interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. - Proficiency in pricing software and tools. - Excellent Microsoft Office skills. - Fluent English spoken and written. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
