The National Security Sector technology-enabled services and mission software capabilities for defense and intel customers in the areas of cyber, logistics, security operations, and results diagnostics. Your greatest work is ahead! The National Security Sector at Leidos has an exciting opportunity for a Logistics/Field Support Representative based in Korea. Are you ready to make an impact? THE OPPORTUNITY Primary Duties: - Support the customer in managing and monitoring the maintenance and sustainment program to include, but not limited to: scheduling and conducting services, HW configuration, HW/SW troubleshooting, and HW/SW installation. - Contribute to Root Cause Analysis and failure troubleshooting that are above the level of the end-user to include, but not limited to: software, hardware, interconnecting cabling, electrical system, and networks. - Recommend courses of action to the customer, end-user, and peers based on experiential knowledge. - Create, update, and complete Work Orders with timely professionalism and verify the completeness and accuracy of maintenance reports. - Demonstrate proficiency in reading and comprehending electrical and mechanical drawings. - Handle and inspect electrostatic sensitive devices. - Support ongoing training programs through collaboration with our technical trainers to ensure highly trained and competent service members. - Understand the customer's expectations and perceptions in order to provide the best support possible; focusing on mission, values, and goals. - Establish trust and confidence by creating and maintaining open, candid lines of communication with the customer, end-user, and partner companies & agencies. - Demonstrate discipline, adaptability, attention to detail, sound judgement, initiative, and ability to foster collaboration. Must be able to: a. Complete CRC Computer Based Training and requirements for the region (Theater Specific Individual Readiness Training (TSIRT) b. Complete the Travel Tracker/Individual Antiterrorism Plan (TT/IATP) request c. Complete the Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS) country/theater clearance request (requires submitted, not approved, TT/IATP number) d. Request and have an approved Q-Code (Q-code is to properly PCS you to a location that allows Q-coded members.) e. Attain a CAC f. Attain an AKO account g. Complete In-Theater Mandatory Training: Level 1 Antiterrorism Awareness Training Introduction to Biometrics Country In Perspective (Familiarization/ DLIFLC) DoD Cyber/ Information Assurance Training DoD Cyber Awareness Challenge Cross Domain Violations (CDV) Brief (FORSCOM) Discharge of Classified Information (DCI) Awareness Brief (FORSCOM) General Orders (CAR) (Certificate) Hot & Cold Weather Injury Prevention TBI Concussion PRE-Deployment Training for Soldiers Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Video Operations Security (OPSEC) Awareness Deployers going to Countries with Islamic Cultures Proper Handling of Islamic Religious Materials SERE 100.2/Education and training in support of Code of Conduct TARP- U.S. Army Threat Awareness and Reporting Program Combating Trafficking In Persons (CTIP) Combating Trafficking In Persons (CTIP) Annual Awareness Web Based Training PDHA- Pre-Deployment Health Assessment - DD2795 and other Theater specific topics. WHAT SETS YOU APART: - Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or 5 years equivalent experience/combined education. - Must be able to possess and maintain a SECRET clearance - Must understand basic software networking, ability to configure software/hardware to support various tests. - Must have the ability to upload and verify various software packages and updates required to support the launcher/interceptor solution. - Must meet physical deployment standards as set forth in, but not limited to, DoD Instruction 3020.41, Operational Contract Support, and applicable modifications. - Must possess and maintain a valid U.S. Passport (Blue Book) with no restrictions on travel. - Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and the Microsoft Office Suite. - Must be able to lift 35 lbs - Must possess a valid driver’s license Additional Deployment Criteria: YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE: - Experience and knowledge of US Army Air and Missile Defense operatio
