Purpose of the Job
* Support Team Troubleshooter for activities on trains.
* Support field investigations, in according to fleet planning, on complex issues and report to Control Room System Engineer.
* Support engineering for troubleshooting guides improvement (SOS/RGL Validation) and software validation.
* Propose new depot tool to improve troubleshooting efficiency.
* Troubleshooting activity and function tests after Overhaul’s maintenance.
* Support Team Troubleshooter for activities.
* Supports maintenance with external interventions for the recovery of trains and breakdowns in commercial service.
