DXC Technology Italy is looking for a Public Sector Business Analyst to be part of DXC Consulting team. We turn our client’s complexities into value, through agile governance programs and change management frameworks.
Responsibilities
* Assist in interviewing Clients, identifying business issues and proposing solutions
* Assist in documenting and designing processes to increase efficiency (decrease lead time, increase throughput, reduce cost, etc.)
* Help on the creation of an impact in the client’s organization to develop and transform their business and IT strategies
* Assist in creating roadmaps describing as‑is and to‑be customer environments
* Contribute to proposals, bids, Statements of Work and other deliverables using a concise, professional writing style
* Contribute to shaping, preparing, and delivering client presentations, workshops and proposals
* Coach and support individual clients focusing on their personal success
* Identify risks and assumptions and shape program governance
* Take part in large Digital Transformation engagements with cross‑functional teams
Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics and Mathematics
* Previous experience in Management Consulting domain (Public Sector)
* Italian mother tongue and good English (both oral and written)
* Ideal candidate has relational and analytical skills, with constant focus on the goals, team‑working ability and proficient Italian and English (both oral and written)
