Overview
In this OT Technical Lead role, you deliver and validate end-to-end cybersecurity solutions in live factory environments, supporting the scale‑up of Stefanini’s global OT security initiative. You translate approved designs into executable pilot packages and ensure safe, compliant deployments. You act as the remote lead during pilots, coordinating OT, IT, and vendor activities to meet pilot targets. You’ll drive testing, risk‑aware improvements, and thorough pilot documentation, making a tangible impact on production resilience.
Responsibilities
* Translate approved OT cybersecurity designs into executable pilot technical packages.
* Assess implementation against architecture, standards, and policies; identify design gaps and constraints.
* Propose pragmatic countermeasures and improvements to the package.
* Act as remote technical lead during the pilot phase; coordinate local OT, IT, and global/local operations.
* Ensure pilot activities are safe for production and plant‑aligned.
* Coordinate and steer external vendors (OEMs, integrators) to align with pilot scope.
* Lead validation of configurations and coordinate testing (functional, integration, security) during pilots.
* Troubleshoot OT/IT/cyber issues across networks, firewalls, access paths, and tools.
* Ensure OT security standards and internal policy compliance; support cyber risk reduction assessment.
* Produce structured pilot documentation: configuration reports, test scripts, manuals, procedures, lessons learned.
Qualifications
* Hands‑on OT consultant/engineer/security specialist with OT/IT integration field experience.
* Technical knowledge of OT network segmentation, zoning, and segregation.
* Understanding of security risks around remote access, OT asset visibility, and asset monitoring.
* Experience coordinating technical teams and external vendors in industrial environments.
* Ability to drive technical testing, troubleshoot complex issues, and validate resilience and operational impact.
* Strong documentation and reporting skills with attention to detail.
* Experience with risk assessment, compliance verification, and risk mitigation planning.
* Agile, solution‑oriented mindset with accountability in dealing with internal/external contributors.
