We believe skills and experience are transferrable, and the desire to dream big makes for great candidates. /ph3Job Description /h3pThe Solution Sales Executive will be responsible for market success in Italy of ServiceNow's Employee Workflow product suite, which includes Employee Experience, Enterprise Service Management, HR Service Delivery, and Workplace Service Delivery. /ppa Learn more about Employee Experience /a /ppThe Senior Solution Sales Executive will drive and generate sales revenue within existing accounts and with new logos. This will be achieved by working closely with the wider ServiceNow sales ecosystem, with the support of a dedicated Solution Consultant, to deliver territory planning, account planning, forecasting, and using business development techniques and field-based sales activities to ensure success in generating revenue opportunities and closing sales. /ppThis position is a high-profile growth opportunity that demands a highly motivated individual with strong sales, communication, and organizational skills who is eager to learn and become part of a rapidly growing company. /pulliBe the voice of the customer and regional sales teams /liliDrive end-to-end sales initiatives (from pipeline generation to closing) focused on specific HR use cases /liliWork closely with sales teams to accelerate opportunities by meeting directly with customers to provide product and industry insights /liliCommunicate competitive intelligence and activity to management to keep ahead of opportunities and challenges /liliDevelop, with Product Management and Marketing, key sales and go-to-market strategies to establish ServiceNow as a leader in HR Service Delivery /liliProvide industry expertise to improve logo penetration /liliCoach enable account teams to identify solution opportunities and manage the sales cycle /liliPresent our Employee Workflows solutions to prospects, customers, and at industry events /liliSupport regional partner channels to enhance customer experience /liliArticulate customer success strategies and standardize solution presentations /liliBecome a trusted advisor to our customers /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pstrongTo be successful in this role, you have: /strong /pulliExperience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI-powered tools and automating workflows /liliA proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets /liliFocus on new business sales /liliExperience in software or IT sales, managing large and complex deals, ideally within SaaS /liliAbility to develop business cases and ROI for customers /liliStrong relationship-building skills at all organizational levels /liliExecutive presence and influencing skills /liliFluent in Italian and English /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3pServiceNow is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
