We are now looking for a motivated and commercially driven Sales Representative to accelerate the growth of this division. /p h3Role Description /h3 pWe are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Sales executive to support our growth across Italy and selected international markets. Thanks to our AI content production platform we are able to execute a high number of content production projects with extremely high accuracy. /p pThe role focuses on selling content production, localization, and creative services to brands and enterprise clients, working closely with leadership, creative teams, and operations. /p h3This Opportunity Is Ideal For Professionals Coming From /h3 ul liCreative agencies /li liLocalization or translation agencies /li liDigital and content agencies /li liMedia or production companies /li liBranded content environments /li /ul pThe ideal candidate already has an active network of clients and industry relationships and is able to generate business opportunities quickly. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities /li liLeverage your existing network to generate commercial relationships and client meetings /li liManage the full sales cycle, from outreach and discovery to negotiation and closing /li liPromote services related to: ul liContent production and adaptation /li liTranslation and localization services /li liMultilingual video and creative adaptation /li liEditorial and branded content operations /li liVisual and digital asset production /li /ul /li liCollaborate with internal creative, production, and delivery teams to build tailored client proposals /li liMaintain accurate pipeline management and CRM reporting /li liSupport upselling opportunities within existing enterprise accounts /li liContribute to the positioning and growth of Contents in the content and creative services market /li /ul h3Join Us If You Have /h3 ul li2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development /li liPrevious experience in: ul liCreative agencies /li liLocalization/translation companies /li liMedia or production environments /li liMarketing service businesses /li /ul /li liStrong understanding of content production and localization workflows /li liExisting portfolio/network of active clients /li liExcellent communication and relationship-building skills /li liEntrepreneurial mindset with commercial autonomy /li liAbility to operate in a fast-moving, scale-up environment /li liFluent Italian and professional English /li liImmediate or near-immediate availability preferred /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in lead generation and business development /li liStrong account management and client relationship skills /li liProven ability to close service-based commercial deals /li liFamiliarity with creative, localization, or content production industries /li liCustomer-first mindset and consultative sales approach /li liAbility to work effectively in hybrid and fast-paced environments /li liPrevious experience in AI, content management, localization, or creative services is a plus /li liBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields preferred /li liFluency in English required; additional languages are a plus /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liCompetitive compensation package with performance incentives /li liOpportunity to join one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI companies /li liExposure to international enterprise clients and projects /li liA dynamic and entrepreneurial environment /li liDirect collaboration with senior leadership /li liStrong career growth opportunities inside a rapidly scaling AI company /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3 pContents is an equal opportunity employer.
