For the Finance Controlling Team of our HQ based in Monza/Concorezzo (MB), we are looking for an Associate Finance Controller JOB DUTIES: Support accounting, planning and controlling activities worldwide; Support Budget / Forecasting process for all subsidiaries; Monthly reporting and performance evaluation; Profitability analysis and control versus forecast; Key Performance Indicators set up and reporting; Maintain and improve reporting tools, dashboards and excel databases; Prepare What if scenario's and Business valuation models; Analytical assistance to Business Cases; Support the owners of the business channel to increase market share.
Qualifiche SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Finance/Economics degree; Fluent in English; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack; Work experience in Big four accounting firm; At least 3 years of experience.

Weekly schedule: 40 hours full time from Monday to Friday with flexible opening and closing times (8.30 to 9.30 and ***** to *****).
Frette offers the possibility to have an individual Lavoro da remoto arrangement for two days a week.
