Overview Diesel is seeking an E-commerce Specialist to join the Global E-Commerce Department at Diesel Headquarters in Milan. The role reports to the Digital Merchandising & Content Manager and focuses on on-site content updates, digital merchandising, and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities Manage daily on-site activities, execute content updates and digital merchandising initiatives to optimize user experience, drive engagement, and maximize conversions. Create and maintain the website’s navigation menu and homepage aligned with new collection launches, commercial priorities, and sales trends; manage PLP creation, product sorting, filters, navigation, and internal search. Align on-site activities with brand goals and the editorial calendar, optimizing collections and categories to drive sales performance. Curate visual merchandising for diesel.com considering delivery, seasonal trends, collections performance, and inventory levels. Partner with buying & merchandising teams to ensure the right products and initiatives are promoted. Manage promotional initiatives across content and digital merchandising areas. Curate and select products for promotional and product newsletters to maximize email channel performance (engagement and conversion). Monitor sales performance and other key digital metrics; respond daily to optimize product placement and boost conversion, leveraging industry trends. Execute content and merchandising analysis and A/B testing; support on-site testing activities and UAT with analytics and UX/UI teams. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities within the e-commerce landscape. Requirements At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a Fashion & Luxury company. Master’s degree in economics, marketing, or another relevant field. Proficient knowledge of SFCC Commerce Cloud. Understanding of website platform technologies and main e-commerce tools. Good knowledge of digital analysis and reporting tools (Adobe Analytics, Content Square). Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Algolia would be a plus. Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Passionate about the fashion industry and able to stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor strategies within the e-commerce landscape. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and attention to detail. Fluent in English and Italian.
