Base pay range
Salary for the role: 50K-60K€
Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end sales cycle for gifted_GENE: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
* Build account plans targeting satellite operators, launch providers, and manufacturers.
* Deliver compelling demos and presentations that showcase gifted_GENE’s impact.
* Provide regular forecasts and pipeline updates to the Mission Solutions Manager.
* Represent AIKO at key space industry events, generate leads, and follow up to convert them into opportunities.
* Work closely with SDRs and product managers to share client feedback and influence roadmap development.
* Partner with marketing to create targeted campaigns supporting lead generation and deal progression.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
* 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with closing responsibility.
* Demonstrated success in building and managing pipeline.
* English mandatory (professional proficiency).
* French and Italian: highly appreciated given our key markets.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Availability to travel internationally for industry events and client meetings.
Preferred Experience
* Familiarity with the space sector (satellite operations, launchers, ground systems).
* Knowledge of predictive maintenance, AI-driven analytics, or other high-tech SaaS solutions.
* Experience selling AI solutions is a strong plus.
* Other foreign languages are a strong plus.
