This role acts as the primary liaison between Facility Management staff and DSS personnel, providing advanced sustainment, quality assurance, and performance oversight for DMLSS/LogiCole FM data and processes. /p h3Duties Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform all duties of a DSS I with increased complexity and leadership responsibility. /li liServe as the direct liaison between Facility Management staff and DSS personnel. /li liValidate and oversee facility, room, RPIE, and system inventories. /li liConduct quality assurance reviews of DMLSS/LogiCole FM data and processes. /li liSupport advanced project, requirement, and regulatory compliance modules. /li liAssist with performance evaluations and mentoring of DSS personnel. /li liCoordinate with DHA, AOR Managers, and Facility Operations Specialists. /li liSupport site assessments, inspections, and DHA-directed data calls. /li liEnsure sustained compliance with DHA data standards and reporting requirements. /li /ul h3Minimum Qualifications /h3 ul liHigh school diploma. /li liFive (5) years of experience with DMLSS/LogiCole FM. /li liStrong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. /li liProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. /li liAbility to work full-time on-site at assigned facility. /li liAbility to obtain and maintain CAC and required background investigations. /li /ul h3Physical Demands and Work Environment /h3 pThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
