Product Manager Italy (Limited for 1 year)

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns and supporting congresses and field team training. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, and Market Access teams, while maintaining close contact with HQ to ensure strategic alignment. This is a 1-year limited role, offering a dynamic opportunity to contribute to key initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
1. Track competitor actions and report insights to support tactical decisions.
2. Support budget and marketing planning and monitor spending across development, marketing, and promotion.
3. Coordinate promotional activities: organize and implement marketing campaigns, create materials, coordinate all the activities related to events participation, and arrange training for field teams in collaboration with the medical department.
4. Review sales performance data regularly to assess impact and adjust activities as needed.
5. Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, and Market Access teams to align execution.
6. Maintain regular contact with HQ to ensure alignment and share best practices.
7. Management of Country meeting: ensure the preparation of presentations and alignment with the cross - functional team on the key messages to be conveyed to the sales force.
Your Qualifications and Experience
8. A degree in Economics, Biomedical Engineer, Pharmacy, Biology.
9. Experience in project coordination and basic project management.
10. Experience in supporting and organizing medical congresses, including collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
11. Strong communication and organizational abilities
12. Willingness to learn and contribute to cross-functional teams
13. Travel: Up to 20% across Italy
14. Languages: Italian native language and fluent in English.
