Mission As HR Manager, you will lead all Human Resources activities in Italy, ensuring full alignment with the Group’s global strategy and strict compliance with local labour regulations. You will play a key role ensuring operational excellence throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This position also contributes to the strategic growth of Insparya by promoting a culture of performance, engagement, and organisational well-being. Responsibilities Define and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with the company’s objectives. Personally oversee and manage the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, development, performance evaluation, compensation & benefits, and offboarding. Manage recruitment and selection processes, collaborating with functional managers to identify and attract talent. Coordinate and manage administrative activities related to personnel management (contracts, attendance, payroll, holidays, leave, mandatory communications, relations with institutions and authorities). Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, in compliance with applicable regulations. Ensure compliance with labour laws and workplace safety regulations. Guarantee the proper execution of activities related to occupational health surveillance, in coordination with the appointed medical professional. Plan, manage, and monitor mandatory training on workplace safety (Legislative Decree 81/08) and ensure updates required by current legislation. Develop training and development plans, fostering professional growth and employee engagement. Monitor key HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, labour cost, etc.) and prepare periodic reports for Management. Manage the personnel budget and support Management in defining the organisational structure and internal processes. Promote a positive work environment and initiatives related to welfare and organisational well-being. Requirements Degree in HR, Economics, Law, or related fields. Knowledge of healthcare regulations. Preferably with experience in the wellness or healthcare sector. Solid experience (at least 5 to 7 years) in generalist or managerial HR roles, preferably in structured or multi-site organisations. Excellent knowledge of labour legislation and workplace safety. Proven experience in payroll processing. Skills in personnel management, organisational development, and compensation policies. Good knowledge of the Infinity Zucchetti management system (Attendance, Payroll, and Workflow). Leadership skills, results-oriented mindset, and strong interpersonal abilities. Availability for periodic travel between clinics (Rome and Milan).
