Experteer Overview
In this role you will plan, implement and supervise HSE activities across projects to meet scope, laws, and standards. You will drive safety culture, coordinate with cross‑functional teams and suppliers, and ensure ISM/SOLAS/MARPOL compliance. You will support bidding, management‑system maintenance, training, and indicators analysis for continuous improvement.
This position offers exposure to global, multi-disciplinary projects and a meaningful impact on safety performance and project success.

* Plan and supervise HSE activities per project scope and regulations
* Coordinate with manufacturing/HSE and operation teams to implement safety culture
* Support HSE activities during bidding, training, and indicators analysis
* Lead and influence project teams and suppliers to act safely
* Ensure compliance with ISM Code, SOLAS and MARPOL during vessel operations
* Assist in risk management processes (HAZID/HAZOP)
* Facilitate accident/incident investigations and trend analysis
* Conduct internal and external HSE audits (prequalification and projects)
* Develop and deliver project safety training programs
* Develop, implement, and audit Company HSE Management System within projects
* Lead collection, management, and analysis of HSE indicators
* Engage with clients on Health, Safety and Environment issues
Responsabilità
* At least 2 years of HSE management experience in EPCI with onshore/offshore construction and vessel operations
* Engineering degree
* Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001; experience in HSE management systems and auditing
* Lead auditor qualification is a plus
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and manage teams
* High PC literacy
* Proficient in English; other languages a plus
* Experience with HAZOP/HAZID methodologies and ISM Code
