Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiast, idealist and go-getter for the next season starting from April 2025.
Inside the restaurant she/he is responsible for:
1. leading, motivating and training the service team
2. plan and coordinate daily work, supervise accounting management
3. to supervise the mise-en-place of the tables and the service (lunch / dinner)
4. to participate in the work and responsibilities of the dining room team
5. to record orders, take care of the guest and pay attention to details
6. to support the needs of the hotel in breakfast and room service
7. to supervise the preparation of the room for all the services requested
Qualifications
8. Excellent knowledge of German, English and Italian.
9. A good knowledge of wines
10. At least three years of experience in the same role
11. Communication and management skills, customer orientation and teamwork complete the profile
