IT Business Analyst - Consumer and Industrial Market
Responsibilities
* Analysing the business requirements via in-depth sessions and interviews with the company areas involved in the process at different times;
* Designing the best solution for the client using standard, preconfigured or customised SAP solutions;
* Functional and technical analyses of end-to-end processes;
* Internal tests and with users of the software solution;
* Support and provision of training to end users;
* Supporting the project team during the release;
* You will be involved in both national and international projects, working alongside highly qualified professionals and collaborating closely with our clients in the Consumer and Industrial Market, including sectors such as Retail, Food & Drink, Consumer Products, Industrial and Manufacturing, and Automotive.
Skills and Attributes
* An educational background in business, management, engineering management or computer engineering;
* The motivation to provide consulting activities on business processes and information systems;
* Excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad;
* Excellent knowledge of the Office suite.
