Our Industry & Energy Technology (IET) team provides industry‑leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production, and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.
Partner with the best. The New Energy Solutions Product Manager will assist the Product Leader in developing and executing the evolution of the pump product roadmap. This role involves collaborating with R&D to ensure technology consistency, engaging commercial teams to drive product adoption, and defining cost structures for pumps in new energy markets.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring accountability for functional, business, and broad‑PVS objectives.
* Engaging in discussions with various teams to enhance processes, procedures, and performance metrics.
* Driving synergy with the CTS organization by promoting pumping solutions to shared customers and suppliers, including new applications.
* Ensuring flawless execution of R&D programs for enabling technologies, including timely data collection to support technology roadmaps.
* Following established frameworks to navigate processes, attending customer and operator meetings alongside the commercial team in new technology environments (e.g., CO2, CPS, W‑to‑E, LAES) to detail product features and applications.
* Partnering with customers in CCUS and Energy Transition spaces to optimize process solutions as part of integrated BH equipment proposals.
* Focusing on business expansion toward future profitable applications such as cryogenic pumps and liquid air, supporting partnership initiatives, defining cost and pricing levels in a DTI environment, and analyzing customer feedback.
* Presenting insights to senior leaders on technical matters and cross‑functional contributions, aligning with HSE standards.
* Collaborating with R&D teams to design a pump configurator tool for sCO2 mixtures and develop automated tools to optimize cost estimation processes.
* Expanding the portfolio by injecting new intellectual property or fostering collaborations and partnerships.
* Developing robust team cadence and growth plans, mentoring talent through initiatives such as academic programs and lab work.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Master’s degree from an accredited university, at least 4–5 years of experience in Rotating Equipment Design or Management.
* Proven capability to operate in trans‑disciplinary and cross‑functional team environments while projects or programs are executed.
* Demonstrated competencies in systems engineering and technology innovation through analytical and continuous improvement skills in an ever‑changing environment with shifting priorities.
* Good experience within Product Management teams.
