**We are looking for a motivated HR People Operations & Analytics Intern to support the HR People Operations, Processes & Analytics.
The internship offers hands-on exposure to HR data governance, HR systems (e.G., SAP SuccessFactors), and people analytics, contributing directly to the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of HR data used for operational and strategic decision-making.## Key Responsibilities
* Perform data quality checks, validations, and reconciliations across HR systems and reports in closed collaboration with Group HR Organization
* Contribute to the development of data quality dashboards, controls, and monitoring tools
* Assist in preparing reports, analyses, and presentations for internal stakeholders## Learning Opportunities
* Hands‐on exposure to HR processes and data management within a global organization, operating in an international and multicultural environment
* Exposure to HR Information Systems (e.G., SAP SuccessFactors / Employee Central)
* Practical experience with HR analytics, KPIs, and dashboards on PowerBI tool
* Development of analytical, process-oriented, and stakeholder management skills## Requirements
* Recently graduated in Economics or a related field
* Strong interest in data analytics
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Detail‐driven approach to data validation and accuracy
* Ability to work with Excel (advanced knowledge is a plus)
* Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
* Basic knowledge of data analysis or reporting tools (e.G., Power BI) is a plus## Additional information
