HR Manager
Reporting directly to the Operations Director and Commercial Director, the position will be responsible for managing and supervising the following activities:
Responsibilities
* Implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and practices to support business needs, and assist the General Management team in the development and execution of strategic human resources projects.
* Fix and monitor key indicators related to labor costs, and prepare analyses and reports to support strategic decisions.
* Manage payroll and administration processing with the financial team and external providers, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
* Oversee employee development and growth programs with a focus on enhancing skills.
* Introduce digital tools and innovative methodologies for data management and the optimization of operational workflows in the HR field.
* Oversee internal communication activities to promote employee engagement, share goals, and foster a sense of belonging.
* Collaborate with department heads on defining and implementing periodic performance reviews for individuals and teams.
* Manage recruitment activities, independently handling all phases of the recruiting process to ensure the hiring of candidates who align with company needs.
* Support the design and delivery of training programs, including induction and mandatory training courses; create manuals and other materials for learning and training employees.
Qualifications
* Master's degree in law, economics, and/or humanities.
* At least 3 years of experience in an HR Manager role within a structured and organized environment.
* Champion initiatives that reinforce the company’s values, heritage, and family-oriented culture.
* Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
