How You'll Live Your Ambition

Trade Marketing Italy team
, yourself will be anchoring the development and execution of marketing strategies, engaging with sales and key stakeholders. Yours strategic planning skills will be crucial in navigating the exciting Italian market coordinates.
Demonstrate your passion
* You'll develop and implement compelling trade marketing strategies, enhancing the brand's visibility and market presence.
* You're going to monitor promotional campaigns, ensuring the execution of effective marketing plans.
* Market insights and sales data analysis will be your compass to inform and optimize trade marketing strategies.
* Your collaboration with retailers and distributors will be pivotal in maximizing product exposure and driving sales.
* You'll maintain meaningful relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and success.
Get things right
* Managing and reporting on trade marketing initiatives will be part of your daily tasks, ensuring every activity is within budget and aligned with the allocated costs.
* Creating captivating presentations for the Sales Force and Travel Agencies will be one of your key responsibilities.
* Event management skills will be put to good use for the organization of company events.
What Makes You Unique
* You're starting point have been a degree in Marketing, Management or a related field.
* First experiences of trade marketing are a valuable compass for this role.
* A deep understanding of marketing trends and the retail landscape is a must, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are suitable for this collaborative role. You will have the opportunity to support the team in managing events and get to know many stakeholders.
* You're comfortable at managing different projects thanks to your organizational skills.
* Experience in graphic design and social media handling will be a definite asset.
* English fluency, enabling clear communication across cultures.
