We are looking for a Marketing & CVM Manager for a Group company to join the Digital & Betting Department, with the aim of maximizing the value of the current and prospective customer base through the design and implementation of promotional strategies for retention, acquisition, and engagement.
Main activities
* Design, plan, and implement marketing campaigns aimed at stimulating customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty, constantly monitoring their effectiveness.
* Manage customer segmentation and clustering activities, developing personalized offers and promotions based on different behavioral profiles.
* Define and coordinate promotional and integrated communication plans, in collaboration with the Digital, CRM, and Commercial departments.
* Oversee the management of VIP players, ensuring dedicated assistance, retention, and loyalty plans.
* Monitor the main performance KPIs of marketing campaigns and CVM programs, proposing corrective actions to improve results.
* Collaborate with the Demand & BI team to analyze data relating to customer behavior and value, transforming it into insights useful for the development of new strategies.
* Support management in the implementation of cross-selling and up-selling strategies for Totosì products and services.
Required skills
* Previous experience in the role and sector
* Excellent knowledge of acquisition and retention techniques
* Excellent knowledge of customer base management
* Excellent communication skills and knowledge of English
* Aptitude for teamwork and good stakeholder management
