Significant time may be spent delivering hands-on training at Medtronic corporate offices and Innovation Centers. International travel will be required. /ppAre you ready to redefine what sales training can be? /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDrive sales excellence within the Acute Care Monitoring business by collaborating with global and regional training, sales, and marketing to create and deliver clinical and technical training for the Acute Care Monitoring business. This training will maintain approximately 80% global standardization with 20% tailored customization for the EMEA Region Lead Market. /liliEnsure effective program design and implementation to address the needs of new hires, current employees, leadership, and support functions across the region. /liliIdentify knowledge and skill gaps within the field team and propose targeted training events to enhance team capabilities. /liliCollaborate with sales and marketing leadership to execute training programs that facilitate successful product launches and achieve sales objectives. /liliPartner closely with regional Commercial Excellence teams and third-party vendors to support initiatives in non-clinical commercial skills as needed. /liliActively fostering and maintaining networks across business units and functions collaborating closely with key stakeholders ensuring programs are locally relevant, globally consistent and accessible for users. /liliActively involved in sales training programs with experience coaching and mentoring new or less experienced sellers, leading to measurable positive outcomes. /liliDemonstrate leadership in driving change, creativity, and innovation in current or past roles. /li /ulh3Required Knowledge and Experience /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in a relevant field. /liliSuccessful 5 years combined experience in two or more of the following functions: medical device sales or marketing, clinical expertise (nursing, etc.), training delivery, or other relevant areas, with a strong track record and demonstration of individual and team results. /liliAt least 3 years of field sales experience demonstrating strong commercial acumen and in-depth knowledge of the requirements to succeed commercially and support organization structure, processes, and culture. /liliExcellent influencing, interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills with demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities. /liliExperience in diverse workplace environments, effectively working with notably different learning, thinking and working styles. /liliProven track record of navigating and collaborating within a global matrix organization. /liliProven track record of individual and team achievement with a natural drive for results. /liliExperience with project management / project leadership, excellent planning and organizational skills, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects concurrently. /liliExceptional verbal and written communication skills in English is required. /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulliACM portfolio product and clinical knowledge. /liliUnderstanding of broader Medtronic business unit portfolios and processes /liliLearning Design and Training Administration experience, an interest and skill in creating learning resources, administering LMS systems and effectively managing records and documentation. /liliProficiency in languages other than English, language capabilities for those spoken within the region is desired. /li /ulh3Physical Job Requirements /h3pThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. /ph3Benefits Compensation /h3pMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package /ppA commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
