Every day, more than 84 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars. /ppbSoftware Development Leader /b /ppbResponsibilities: /b /pulliDefining and implementing software functional requirements and architectural design within the .NET technology stack, ensuring alignment with project goals. /liliOrganizing and leading development and DevOps activities, ensuring Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments are met throughout the software lifecycle. /liliDesigning and contributing to the Continuous Integration (C.I.) pipeline to ensure automated builds, testing, and artifact creation for .NET applications. /liliDefining and owning the Continuous Deployment (C.D.) strategy using ArgoCD (GitOps) for automated and declarative delivery to the target environment. /liliContainerizing .NET applications using Docker and defining the necessary configurations for deployment on Kubernetes (K8s) clusters. /liliDefining and applying Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles using tools like Ansible for environment configuration management and automation. /liliSpecifying, designing, and maintaining Helm charts for the effective packaging, versioning, and lifecycle management of applications within Kubernetes. /liliEnsuring the traceability of software requirements through the development, testing, and deployment phases. /liliContributing to software and environment integration activities, coordinating with architecture and operations teams. /liliApplying and ensuring the application of DevOps processes, security standards, and coding best practices. /liliContributing to continuous improvement initiatives (Return of Experience - RoE) related to C.I./C.D. processes and deployment reliability. /liliContributing to the definition of the Software Configuration Management Plan related to deployment manifests and infrastructure code. /liliMaintaining and controlling Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for C.I./C.D. pipeline efficiency and deployment success, reporting progress to the relevant Domain Leader. /li /ulpbRequirements /b /pulliMaster’s degree or bachelor’s degree in the field of electronic / software engineering or computer science required /liliHands-on development experience of software phases like requirement gathering, software development, software validation etc (minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial domain) /liliHigh experience in software design and implementation for complex diagnostics data management systems /liliExperience in CI/CD management and development /liliManaging work packages for sub-contractors /liliHighly proficient in both spoken and written English /liliAbility to work efficiently in team /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities /li /ulpYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
