We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Job Description: Enfinity Global is looking for a passionate and dynamic Office Manager, a proactive leader who thrives on creating a well-organized, efficient, and engaging work environment. The candidate has to be deeply committed to supporting both people and processes, ensuring that the office runs smoothly while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.Key Responsibilities Serve as the central point of contact for all office-related operations, including facilities, supplies, equipment, and administrative logisticsLead the design and optimization of office procedures to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with organizational goalsEnsure office services are effectively structured and monitored, including correspondence management, filing systems, supply requisitions, and clerical supportCollaborate with the IT department to ensure seamless functionality and maintenance of office technology and equipmentLead onboarding and offboarding processes in coordination with IT and relevant departments, ensuring a smooth employee experienceDevelop and enforce office policies and standards to guide consistent and high-quality operationsChampion procedural and policy enhancements to drive operational excellence and organizational effectivenessMonitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvements to meet and exceed operational benchmarksManage office financial planning, including budget preparation, expenditure tracking, variance analysis, and corrective actionsEnsure timely execution of internal purchasing objectives and compliance with procurement standardsOversee vendor and landlord relationships, ensuring timely invoicing, payments, and service deliveryLead contract and pricing negotiations with vendors and service providers to maximize value and cost-efficiencyDelegate responsibilities and manage team performance to ensure accountability and productivityCollaborate with HR to maintain and update policies, benefits, and employee engagement initiativesCollaborate with the HSE and HR teams to coordinate and ensure completion of mandatory training sessions & activitiesActively contribute to the planning and execution of company events in partnership with the Communications teamRequirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (required)3+ years of experience in office management, operations, or a similar administrative role (required)Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, and expenditure trackingStrong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency with office software (e.G., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace); experience with office management or ERP systems is a plusExperience with procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiationDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate a teamProblem-solving and process improvement mindsetKnowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards is a plusFluency in English (required); additional languages (e.G., Spanish) are an advantageBenefits Private Health InsurancePension PlanPaid Time OffWork From HomeTraining & DevelopmentPerformance BonusIn Enfinity Global group you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.
