If you think innovatively, are a team player, and have a passion for sustainability, apply now. /p pFull time - unlimited /p h3Your contribution to the energy transition /h3 pAs our Electrical Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for on-site supervision of electrical construction works on solar PV EPC projects in Italy. This includes full responsibility for technical, environmental and safety compliance, quality, schedule, and integration control. /p pYou can expect the following tasks: /p ul liReporting to the Construction Manager and the Construction Team Leader; collaborate with Project Purchasing Logistics, System Design, Specialists, Consultants, Suppliers, Subcontractors, and the Client to ensure compliant project execution. /li liDefine project/trade purpose and scope; estimate resources; establish standards and protocols; allocate resources; schedule and coordinate subcontractors and staff; evaluate milestones and change orders via the Construction Manager. /li liInspect, supervise, and report on construction activities in conformance with drawings, specifications, schedules, procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards in line with company procedures, legislation, standards and best practice. /li liManage suppliers and subcontractors for construction and commissioning; implement KPIs, monitor trade schedule and quality against baselines; raise NCRs via the Construction Manager and implement corrective action. /li liEnsure full compliance with QHSE regulations, legislation, standards, codes, and requirements in Italy. /li liEnsure contractual trade schedule and payment milestones are achieved; prepare and compile documentation. /li liPrepare daily construction reports and records; prepare and review work procedures, QCPs and ITPs. /li liSupport Logistics team with on-site material distribution and incoming goods inspections. /li liImplement and process Lock Out Tag Out procedures. /li liExecute and/or supervise test and commissioning activities on SCADA and Instrumentation equipment per the approved Commissioning Plan, protocols, and procedures. /li /ul h3Your energy is required /h3 pYou impress us with these qualifications: /p ul liElectrical Engineering background. /li liMinimum of 5 years construction supervision experience in electrical infrastructure projects; 2 years in utility-scale solar PV plants. /li liVersatility to support and assist on other disciplines (Mechanical and Civil). /li liExperience managing small-scale EPC solar projects (up to 10 MW). /li liGood communication skills, written and spoken. /li liProven track record of completing construction on time, safely, and compliant with technical and quality requirements and standards. /li liExperience managing Subcontractors to stringent time and quality metrics. /li liProficiency with construction management tools and MS Office. /li liFamiliarity with construction, labor, environmental and safety requirements and legislation. /li liFluent in English and Italian. /li /ul pYou have more to offer?
