To be successful, you will require;
* Minimum Mandatory Qualifications Requirements:
As per the minimum mandatory qualifications requirements via https://www.vic.gov.au/mandatory-minimum-qualifications-specialist-family-violence-practitioners all candidates wishing to apply for this role must be able to demonstrate these specific requirements.
* A current Working with Children Check
In this role, you will;
* Specialise in working with adults using family violence
* Assess and manage risk using the MARAM Framework and TRAM tools
* Consider the risks and needs of each family member, including children, in context
* Support people to have choice and control where possible
* Promote cultural safety and self-determination for Aboriginal people and families
* Apply the Best Interests Case Practice Model (BICPM) to keep children safe
* Identify barriers to engagement and tailor your approach to reduce risk and vulnerability
