PpThe Marketing Coordinator ORTHO position for Mastelli plays a pivotal role in the definition of the strategic intents and orientation of Mastelli Orthopedic division. The role lead for the implementation and communication of the marketing strategies for foreign markets / countries. /p pThe Marketing Coordinator ORTHO ensures the effective implementation and roll‑out of the Marketing programmes into all regions where the Orthopedic division intend to expand and grow. /p pThis role participates in business reviews and leadership team meetings especially within the aesthetic business unit. /p pReporting to the Head of Marketing, will be responsible for managing marketing initiatives for our existing ortho portfolio as well as launching and integrating new products and product line extensions. Responsible for executing marketing programs effectively across all regions and spearheading new initiatives to accelerate growth and elevate brand presence. /p h3ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES : /h3 ul liOversee the development and maintenance of product collateral, including brochures, fact sheets, flyers, price sheets, order forms, and more Partner with Sales, Medical, and Regulatory teams to craft powerful marketing plans that drive results, including promotions, incentives, advertising, social media, and product launches; /li liDevelop in-depth knowledge of products within the assigned portfolio and serve as an information resource internally and with partners; /li liCoordinate educational events, sales training, clinical training, headquarter visits; /li liParticipate in assigned brand projects, optimizing cross‑functional expertise; /li liOwn day‑to‑day tracking of brand budgets and expenditures; /li liPartner with finance to ensure accuracy of accruals and forecasts; /li liSupport purchase order and invoice management processes. /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS /h3 h3Education and Experience : /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Science, Marketing, Business, or related field; /li li3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related role (pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred); /li liStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights; /li liHighly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; /li liExperience with budget tracking systems or marketing operations platforms; /li liComfortable navigating cross‑functional environments and field collaboration; /li liFluent in Business English; /li liSuccessful track record in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines; /li liKnowledge of Healthcare Compliance Principles is a plus; /li /ul pSite : Milan / Sanremo /p pSalary : to be define /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
