Position: JOB POSITION: Capacity Manager JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES The Capacity Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the production capacity across multiple plants, ensuring that all operations are aligned with production needs. The role requires in-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, production forecasting, and capacity management to guarantee smooth and efficient production flow, while minimizing downtime and maximizing resource utilization. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: - Manage and optimize the production capacity of different plants, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet production targets. - Monitor and analyze production performance data across multiple facilities to identify potential bottlenecks or capacity constraints. - Collaborate with production, planning, Central Supply Chain, F&A and logistics teams to create capacity plans that align with overall production goals and customer demand. - Coordinate with plant managers and production teams to balance workloads and ensure production schedules are met. - Forecast and plan for future capacity needs based on projected growth, market demands, and product requirements. - Lead capacity planning meetings, providing insights and recommendations for improving processes, managing risks, and optimizing logistics operations.
