We are looking for a Sound Engineer to join our team focused on the research, development, and optimization of audio solutions. The role involves contributing to the design, calibration, and evaluation of sound content and audio processing systems, working in a technical and experimental environment oriented toward innovation.

The ideal candidate has a solid background in audio engineering, acoustics, or DSP, and a strong interest in sound design and the development of new audio experiences.



Key Responsibilities

* Contribute to the design, configuration, and calibration of audio systems or algorithms.
* Support experimental testing activities, collecting both subjective evaluations and objective measurements.
* Participate in the gathering, analysis, and interpretation of data resulting from testing activities.
* Collaborate on the planning and preparation of instrumentation, ensuring proper execution of tests.
* Produce clear and structured technical reports.
* Contribute to the development of innovative audio solutions, taking part in defining approaches and methodologies.



Hard skills

* Background in sound engineering, acoustics, or signal processing.
* Familiarity with tools for audio measurements and sound analysis techniques.
* Ability to work with experimental data and sound quality metrics.
* Proficiency with analysis and development tools (e.g., Matlab, Python, or equivalents).


Soft skills

* Strong aptitude for experimental work and problem-solving.
* Ability to synthesize, communicate, and document technical information.
* Teamwork skills in multidisciplinary environments.
* Accuracy, autonomy, and effective task management.


Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Location: Based in Turin
