As the Customer Collaborative Planning Analyst, you will be part of our dynamic Retail Execution team within the Customer Development dept, and you will support the liaison among CD, REX & CEX and Demand Planning along the MD process to identify R&O;, highlight potential stock issues driven by promo phasing, helping to improve the management of inventory, both short and long term.

You will leverage the team's consumer insights associated with commercial expertise to support incremental growth and strengthen the customer investment strategy so that it is consistent with Retail Environment strategy, brand strategy, and shopper insights. The role reports to the Retail Execution Director.

What you will do:

- monitor, analyze and review Sell out data at category and customer level in order to help in understanding Customer Planning data to ensure the most accurate 6-12 months rolling estimate of volumes and financial delivery by CPG/PPG in a monthly cycle

- work closely with the CDMs responsible for CPGs planning accuracy and Omnichannel BDMs for promo/new listing information sharing

- effective partnering with the commercial teams to help developing acts as sales volumes controller, and who and finance to determine correct financials in the systems. oversees baseline calculation and promotional planning and GTN/Value sales reliability in Atlas with the support of CD Finance

- support process to identify R&O; by CPG/Category/Sub-categoryBrand, planning inconsistencies to provide recommendation to the CDT leader based on structured reporting (accordingly to MD process and meetings information requirements) and continuous monitoring and analysis of business results vs. plans (including sell-out/sell-thru data).

- facilitate Atlas system efficient use and automated application of system and reporting

Required Qualifications:

- Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in commercial related field

- Fluent in Italian language and fluent in English language

- Knowledge of Italian commercial market is a key requirement

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the customer development function, ideally in multiple roles.

- Self-starter who can work well both independently and across multi-level stakeholder groups

- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to change in a fast paced environment

- Proven commercial understanding and analytical skills

- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to support executional excellence and business results

- Actively seeks in-depth understanding of customer /consumer needs and trends

- Follows up to ensure that products and services meet customer / consumer profession needs

- Balances speed with quality in achieving goals

- Simplifies systems and processes to eliminate unnecessary work

- Shows passion and energy in tackling challenging goals

- Delivers against commitments

- Proficient in Google suite of products (especially in Sheets, Docs & Slides)
