PbRole Purpose: /b /ppThe Manager, Sustainability Compliance will lead and execute Jimmy Choo’s sustainability and compliance agenda, ensuring alignment with Capri Holdings objectives while delivering measurable results. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on implementation across Social Compliance, Product Compliance, Environmental Sustainability, and Data Management. The role reports to the Director of Sustainability Compliance and will manage one direct report to support program delivery. Regulatory developments and evolving sustainability initiatives may expand the scope of the role’s responsibilities. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /ppbr/ppbDrive ESG Execution /b: /pulliAct as a key driver for implementing Jimmy Choo and Capri Holdings’ ESG programs, ensuring alignment with group and brand objectives and within budget. /li /ulpbr/ppbSocial Compliance Management /b: /pulliManage supplier social compliance programs, including baudit planning, execution, and corrective action follow-up /b. /li /ulpbr/ppbProduct Compliance Oversight /b: /pulliManage bchemical testing programs /b to meet global regulations and Capri’s PRSL and ZDHC program requirements. /liliAttend legal-led meetings to btrack regulatory requirements /b and ensure timely internal implementation. /li /ulpbr/ppbEnvironmental Sustainability /b: /pulliCollaborate with Raw Materials and Product Development teams to bmonitor sustainable raw materials sourcing /b and support responsible sourcing initiatives. /liliTrack and report environmental performance metrics (energy, water, waste) and product data metrics against Capri Group targets. /li /ulpbr/ppbData Management Reporting /b: /pulliCollaborate to define robust systems for bdata collection, monitoring, and reporting /b on sustainability and compliance KPIs. /liliEnsure bdata integrity /b for external audits, certifications, and regulatory submissions. /li /ulpbr/ppbTraining Stakeholder Engagement /b: /pulliDeliver internal and external supplier training on sustainability, product compliance, and ethical practices. /liliMaintain strong partnerships with Supply Chain teams, certification bodies, and external stakeholders to advance sustainability goals and regulatory requirements. /li /ulpbr/ppbYou’ll Need to Have: /b /ppbr/pulli5+ years of experience within a team managing and advancing sustainability programs and monitoring regulatory initiatives; ideally within the fashion, luxury or consumer product industries /liliOutstanding project management skills and the ability to structure and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously to drive completion with ability to prioritize effectively /liliExcellent analytical and logical skills, strong attitude in strategical thinking and in solving complex problems, ideally with a technical background /liliStrong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the global organization /liliFluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken /liliCan-do attitude, with the ability to translate strategy into action. /liliExcellent in the Office suite, proficient in excel and power point /liliHighly motivated self-starter with a demonstrated ability to thrive without constant direction in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment /liliTeam oriented, collaborative, diplomatic and flexible /liliAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppAt Capri, we are all responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
