Ph3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn commercial growth, pipeline development, and partner-led revenue performance across Europe META. /li liDrive MSP program adoption and sales execution in priority markets in line with regional and global objectives. /li liMonitor and report on pipeline, forecast accuracy, revenue results, and partner contribution. /li liBuild and manage strategic relationships with key and high‑potential MSP partners. /li liSupport joint business planning, identifying growth opportunities and routes to market. /li liLead partner recruitment, onboarding, and commercial enablement in collaboration with sales teams. /li liAct as Lenovo’s MSP sales evangelist at industry events, partner forums, and customer engagements. /li liExecute go‑to‑market initiatives including campaigns, incentives, and training programs. /li liEnsure consistent and compelling communication of Lenovo’s MSP value proposition. /li liCollaborate cross‑functionally with regional sales, marketing, and product teams to align execution. /li liServe as the central commercial point of contact for MSP sales activities across the region. /li liTrack and analyze KPIs, delivering regular performance updates and optimization recommendations. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li7+ years’ experience in sales, business development, channel, or alliance management within IT/MSP ecosystems. /li liProven track record of driving revenue growth and managing pipeline in a regional or multi‑country role. /li liStrong understanding of channel sales models and partner go‑to‑market execution. /li liExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence senior leaders. /li liCommercially and analytically strong, with experience in forecasting and KPI tracking. /li liFluency in English and willingness to travel across Europe; additional European languages are an advantage. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liCompetitive compensation and performance‑based rewards. /li liComprehensive benefits (pension/retirement, EAP, product discounts). /li liProfessional development and internal training. /li liFlexible working environment (hybrid). /li liInclusive, diverse, high‑performance culture. /li /ul pWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
