We are now looking for a Digital Solution ManagerPurchasing & Travel - Automotive Business: About the Role: Key Responsibilities: - Solution Architecture: Design and implement robust system architectures that align with business requirements and strategic objectives. Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of the solutions. - Data Structure Analysis: Analyze and manage data structures to support business intelligence and reporting needs, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for informed decision-making. - Integration Management: - Application Management: - Process Analysis: Evaluate and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with stakeholders to design streamlined workflows. - Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, as well as organizational standards. - Performance Management: Monitor system performance and user satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance system functionality. - Budget Control & Vendor Management: Manage budgets and resource allocation for IT systems, ensuring projects are adequately funded and aligned with strategic priorities. Control overall spend and work with vendors to optimize contracting and align roadmaps. Expectations: - Proficient understanding of purchasing processes - Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. - Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and user satisfaction. - Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment. - Willingness to learn new technologies and stay current with Automotive trends. Requirements & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Purchasing, Business Informatics, or a related field. - Comprehensive analytical, communication, & problem-solving skills - Solid understanding of Solution Architecture, data management, integration strategies, and governance practices. - Experience in performance management and budget oversight. - Effective in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with Purchasing and Travel solutions, particularly SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, and Amex GBT Neo, is highly desirable. - Experience with ITIL-based support processes and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). - Good communication skills in English - Experience in project work or system implementation is a strong advantage.
