This is an exciting opportunity within an international, fast‑growing private equity firm based in Rome. The firm manages approximately €7 billion and focuses on leveraged buyouts, sustainable growth, and long‑term value creation.
Base pay range
Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €80,000 – €100,000 (commensurate with experience)
Bonus: Performance‑based annual bonus
Key Responsibilities
* Lead market research and sector analysis to identify investment opportunities.
* Coordinate commercial due diligence processes with external advisors.
* Prepare investment memos and materials for the investment committee.
* Manage relationships with entrepreneurs, advisors, and industry stakeholders.
* Participate in board meetings of portfolio companies and contribute to defining strategic priorities.
* Support the implementation of growth and value‑creation initiatives.
Skill and Experience
* Fluency in English, German, and at least one other European language (preferably French, Spanish, or Italian).
* 2–4 years in strategic consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
* Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
* Excellent knowledge of due diligence processes and company valuation.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, result‑oriented approach, and ability to work independently.
* Availability for international travel.
