JOB PURPOSE Provide clarity on what is required for IT deliveries to satisfy business requirements from all stakeholders.
Help delivery team prioritise deliveries to maximise business value and engage stakeholders.
Support the process for handing over completed IT deliveries to business ownership.
RESPONSIBILITIES Solutions scoping and business analysis.
Work with Business stakeholders in identifying business requirements for IT projects, products, and programmes of work that maximise business impact / benefits within a realistic setting.
Document business requirements for mid-size to large IT projects and deliveries in a continuous manor.
Visualise process changes in collaboration with business stakeholders and the IT user adoption team, to establish mutual understanding and accountability.
Liase closely with the IT Business Relationship function to understand the strategic focus and programmes of work within IT, which provides the contextual setting for IT projects.
Apply this understanding to the day-to-day deliveries.
Supporting deliveries/development team.
Support development team in bringing clarity and context to delivery functionalities Facilitating on-going conversations between business and technical stakeholders for IT deliveries in development Attend daily stand-ups for IT projects to clarify business implications to technical challenges, help in the daily prioritisation of work for the delivery team Support the user adoption team in successfully embedding new ways of working or the up take of new features and technologies Additionally.
Support BAs in learning the analytical methodologies and documentation standards required in the Business Architecture function PERSONAL PROFILE Bachelor’s degree (ideally in a traditional field like the sciences, engineering, or economics) required.
Master’s degree is a plus.
Formal training in Agile scoping and delivery frameworks a plus.
Experience in Business Analysis for large projects or programmes of work, required Experience a plus in either.
project management, agile development.
Background in strategic management consulting a plus.
Subject Matter Expertise in either SAP, Supply Chain, Finance or HR preferred.
Demonstrated interest in the creative industries or consumer goods preferred.
