The selected candidate will be responsible for the coordination, implementation, and management of BIM processes across multidisciplinary projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, standards, and deadlines. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliCoordinate BIM activities across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. /liliDevelop and manage project-specific BIM execution plans. /liliEnsure compliance with BIM standards and company procedures. /liliDevelopment of three-dimensional information models related to ongoing projects and verification of model quality (clash detection, geometric and data consistency). /liliManagement of data from multiple sources to enrich models or generate dedicated visualizations. /liliProvide support and mentoring to team members on the use of BIM tools, ensuring the monitoring and implementation of new technologies and software updates; /liliManage operational activities assigned by the Design Department in synergy with multidisciplinary teams, promoting conflict resolution between disciplines and identifying effective solutions; /liliCollaborate with the Project Manager to monitor time and cost aspects related to BIM processes. Contribute to the preparation of BIM-specific progress reports; /liliIn coordination with the Digital Technologies Department, define, integrate, update, and apply corporate standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
