Randstad LSS is looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPER & NEW SERVICE ACCOUNT for a communications agency, part of a global network.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Generation: Identifying and prospecting new potential clients for the company.
* Engaging with prospects through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
* Lead Qualification: Determining the quality and potential of leads to ensure they are a
* good fit for the company.
* Pipeline Building: Creating a pipeline of new sales opportunities and passing qualified
* leads to the Account Executive team for closing.
* Brand Awareness: Strategically building brand awareness and stimulating interest in the
* company & products or services.
* Data Collection: Gathering information on potential clients, competitors, and their buying journey to personalize engagement.
Requirements:
* Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
* Knowledge of marketing trends and services with proven experiences in
* automotive and mobility field
* Verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with prospects.
* Ability to conduct market research to identify and understand potential clients' needs.
* Understanding the early stages of the sales process and how marketing efforts generate
* leads.
* Sales and marketing tools, such as CRM and social media
* platforms.
