Our client, Alnylam Pharmaceuticals - a biopharmaceutical company - was founded in 2002 and is headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts and focused on the rare diseases. In order to create a new pilot project, IQVIA is looking for a Congress&Events Administrative Assistant, located in Milan - Italy; this function will be responsible for providing professional and efficient administrative support to the Italian affiliate, handling diverse set of matters ranging from contracts management to general administrative support. Key Responsibilities: - Handling general purchasing; - Support to thecongresses and events management (for contracts and logisticorganization); - Administrativesupport: management of Purchase 2 Pay Process; - Handlingof mail and shipping of material; - Support for travel arrangements and relations with corporate travel agency.
