Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef, located in Breuil-Cervinia. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including preparing meals, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring food quality and presentation. Additional responsibilities include maintaining kitchen hygiene, managing inventory, and coordinating with the front-of-house staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Culinary skills: cooking, meal preparation, and food presentation
* Experience in kitchen management and supervising kitchen staff
* Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
* Inventory management and procurement skills
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
* Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
* Knowledge in Italian and Savoy culinary is a plus
