Job Opportunity: Cloud Engineer for AI & ML Systems
Location: Ancona, Italy
We are seeking a talented individual to join a leading Italian IT & Infrastructure Services company, specializing in services for Consumer, Enterprise, and Business sectors. The candidate will be part of the Data Center department within the Engineering team, focusing on designing and implementing large-scale Cloud architectures with systems and applications of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Main Responsibilities:
* Designing high-performance, scalable system architectures suitable for AI and ML applications.
* Monitoring and optimizing system performance, developing monitoring solutions, ensuring the deployment and operation of ML models.
* Collaborating with other departments to translate their needs into technical requirements, proposing new use cases and applications for AI systems.
* Ensuring security compliance and working on diagnostics and troubleshooting issues.
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* Practical experience with AI/ML platforms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
* Proven experience as a System Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or similar role, focusing on scalable infrastructures.
* Deep understanding of cloud computing, virtualization, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack).
* Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
* Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
* Good knowledge of the English language.
