Job Purpose
We are looking for a Business Development Manager in our Cisco Business Unit to drive profitable growth, expand vendor partnerships, and support sales execution across key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage small to mid-size accounts, executing the business unit strategy to grow market share.
* Promote Cisco solutions and services, including TaaS, to key customers.
* Identify and onboard new vendors, supporting business development initiatives.
* Collaborate with sales teams to win tenders and large deals, increasing customer loyalty.
* Build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders, positioning TD SYNNEX as a trusted advisor.
* Contribute to team development and support cross-functional collaboration.
Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
* Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
* Strategic thinking, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership.
* Knowledge of the IT industry, vendor landscape, and product portfolio.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP R3 and Business Warehouse experience is a plus.
