With the aim of strengthening the coordination activities of the medical representatives’ network, we are recruiting an
Area Manager
who will ensure the achievement of sales goals for Skin Care in the areas of Emilia-Romagna, Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia e Trentino-Alto Adige, by managing a team of medical representatives.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain sales in the specific territory ensuring the achievement of area targets and related KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Line Director to define the activities in the area of own competence, with regard to market analyses/initiatives.
- Monitor the performance and KPIs of the medical representatives.
- Ensure adequate training and coaching of medical representatives in your team and business development.
- Accompany, support medical representatives in your team, share procedures and company culture, develop activity plans for the areas under their responsibility, plan operational support actions.
- Maintain and develop contacts with KOLs.
- Participating in territory initiatives, supporting the marketing function in the product launch phase, ensuring the correct implementation of marketing and sales campaigns.
- Sales data analysis, monitoring and reporting.
Requirements:
- Degree, preferably in scientific disciplines.
- Previous experience in the therapeutic areas of wound care, dermatology, or aesthetics.
- Preference will be given to candidates with 2–3 years’ prior experience in the role of Area Manager.
- Candidates without experience in people management will also be considered if they have at least 5 years’ experience as a Medical Representative in the therapeutic areas listed above.
- Good knowledge of the English language (ideally B2 level).
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package and knowledge of CRM Salesforce is appreciated.
- Result-oriented mindset, coaching skills, innovative approach, analytical and negotiation skills.

- Salary between € 56.800 and € 71.000 and, in addition, a net annual per diem allowance equal to approximately 10% of the salary will be paid (based on field assignments).
