Position Consultant/Senior Consultant SAP HCM at Capgemini Overview Capgemini is inviting experienced SAP HCM professionals to join its SAP Unit, part of the PBS (Package Based Solution) practice focused on delivering business applications powered by SAP technologies. Responsibilities Analyze and implement SAP HCM solutions. Collaborate on innovative digital transformation projects across Automotive, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Product, Telco, and Insurance sectors. Engage in both national and international project contexts. Identify educational pathways to obtain SAP certifications. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM, supporting core HR processes. Configuration of the HCM module (Customizing). Analysis and implementation of the TM Calculation Structure. Preparation and execution of testing scenarios. Advanced competency in the TM Calculation Structure. Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA. Good English proficiency and willingness to travel.
