I Brand Representative are the first ambassadors of our store experience. They interact attentively with customers, represent our brand authentically and help create a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
* Create a welcoming customer experience
* Interact naturally and help customers choose products with personalized style suggestions
* Maintain merchandise and keep the store organized, clean and well‐presented
* Contribute to restocking products and keep the retail point tidy, clean and well‐presented
* Activities such as folding, hanging and arranging sizes ensure high presentation standards
* Handle cash operations—payments, returns and exchanges accurately and fast
* Support omnichannel experience: "Save the Sale", store pickup and preparation of shipped orders
Qualifications
* Fluent Italian
* Ability to create an inclusive customer experience
* Work in a dynamic environment balancing customer interaction and operational tasks
* Strong organizational and detail‐oriented xrdztoy skills
* Reliable commitment to maintain regular presence
